MARCH 19 TUESDAY
I WILL TESTIFY
MAIN TEXT: PSALM 89:1 Your love, God, is my song, and I will sing it! I am forever telling everyone how faithful you are.
MARK 5:9 But he would not let him. Jesus said “Go home to your own people. Tell them the story- what the master did, now he had mercy on you.”
To testify means giving personal account on first hand experience or faith and to testify again means you will tell of this/these experience(s) over and over again.
There is no one on earth that God does not have a testimony of what God has done for him/her. That you are still alive is a testimony, that you are a human being who knows the difference between good and bad with self will and not an inanimate object is a testimony.
Think of all the good and wondrous things God has done for you even when you don’t deserve them. They are meant to be shared. Do not be ashamed of telling of what the Lord has done for you; tell it over and over again. When you testify again and again, it removes fear and gives you courage as well as to others. Create room for transparency and openness between brethren resulting to closeness.
You will become a resource to others: others will not come to you to know how they can tackle their problems. Testifying again as a believer keeps your mental salvation fresh in your mind; you are mindful of your salvation. Dearly beloved, tell yourself I will testify again, because testifying brings more testimonies and God continue to work in you.
Above all, testifying again glorify God so as you testify again today of the wondrous things He has done or will do today ensures that you do not give glory to yourself or anybody but into God who has done all these things for you, and as you do so, remain blessed.
TESTIFY AGAIN AND RECEIVE MORE TESTIMONIES
PRAYER: Oh God, may my month never close from testifying to your wondrous works.
