START AGAIN
MAIN TEXT: MICAH 7:8: Do not gloat over me, my enemy! Though I have fallen, I will rise again. Though I sit in darkness, the Lord will be my light.
PROVERBS 24:16 Though the righteous falls seven times they will rise again but, the wicked stumble when calamity strikes.
Dearly beloved, where did you get it all wrong and is discouraged? Is it in your relationship with God, in your business, academics, family life? Do not be discouraged. Do not allow your enemy, the devil to suggest any negative thing to you. All you need to do is to remember that you have an advocate; Jesus Christ, be sorry, tell him what you have done and promise him not to do it again.
Apostle Peter did not end his Christian race even when he denied Jesus three times before cock crow. He simply went back to God in repentance and started his Christian life again. If it is in your circular life, then go back to the drawing board, find out where and why you missed it and this time involve God.
He will send you the Holy Spirit who will teach you how to get it right because He (God) promised to send you His Spirit to teach you all things.
Remember, if Albert Einstein stopped at his 99th failure in the attempt to invent atomic bomb, there would not have been anything like Atomic bomb today.
What about Thomas Alva Edison who made 10,000 unsuccessful attempts before he succeeded in inventing phonograph and incandescent electric light and microphone and the kinetoscope.
The issue is not trying and failing but failing and giving up, therefore be like Thomas Alva Edison who said he did not fail 10,000 times but that he only discovered 10,000 ways the invention would not work, get up, dust up yourself and start again and God will release the spirit of success upon you. Say Amen!
