AIM TO SOAR

June Day 6 Thursday

AIM TO SOAR

MAIN TEXT: PHILIPPIANS 3:13

―Brothers I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do. I forgetting what is behind and straining rewards what is ahead‖.

Isaiah 40:31- But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will turn and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint.

Don’t settle at the level that you are right now. There is still more space up there, it is finished for a dead man but not for the living. You can achieve more success if you set your mind to it. God’s eternal purpose for his children is that while they are here on earth, they should grow into maturity and responsibility.

Do not resign to mediocrity. Mediocrity is the benchmark of the devil, the death of Christ created opportunities for his people to live up to his expectation for them. If you have learnt to craw, walk; if you have learnt to walk, fly and soar. Reach out beyond your comfort zone. In many places in the bible Jesus would say ―be it unto you according to your faith‖.

In this year of higher grounds, don’t sit where the devil wants you to sit. Defy his limitations, fear, threats and attacks by doing the exact opposite of whatever he might require of you. Get ready and not just fly but soar in the strength and might of the Lord.

YOU CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS YOU.

Prayer Point

Oh God, as I put my faith in you, this year cause me to soar the land you want to reach.
