COMPLAINING DOES NOT HELP
Deuteronomy 1:34-35 (TLB) “Well, the Lord heard their complaining and was very angry. He vowed that not one person in that entire generation would live to see the good land he had promised them”.
Philippians 2:14 (TLB) ” In everything you do, stay away from complaining and arguing”. Many think that complaining about their problem lead to the solution.
For many years now, we have never heard that complaining solved any problem. In Exodus 1 and 2, The Israelites cried out to God when they
were going through suffering and captivity in Egypt. God heard their cry and sent a deliverer to them, but as soon as they got out of Egypt they soon forgot the miracles God had done for them, they went into complaining again.
Complaining did not only deprive them relationship with God, most of them never saw the Promised Land. Every individual has a promise of God on their lives. God is a God of process. He takes you step by step to your promise land.
He teaches you until he knows you are fit to handle his blessing. Complaining is one of the strategies of the devil to deprive you of your blessing. The devil is the one who complains and the accuser of brethren.
Complaining shows lack of faith in God and his promises. Philippians 4:6 “Be careful for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication let your request be made known unto God”. Do not let what has not happened to block you from seeing what God had done.
Let us always give thanks to God at all time in every circumstance because complaining stops your blessing.
WHEN YOU COMPLAIN, YOU MAKE YOURSELF A VICTIM.
