BE FRUITFUL AND MULTIPLY
Main text – GENESIS 35:11 – And God said unto him, I am God almighty: be fruitful and multiply: a nation and a company of nations shall be thee, and kingdoms shall come out of thy loins.
GENESIS 28:3 – And God almighty bless thee and make thee fruitful and multiply thee, that mayest be a multitude of people.
It is the will of God for all who believe in Him to be productive in whatever venture that we do in a righteous manner. Fruitfulness doesn’t just mean childbirth but in all endeavours including, spiritual life (daily walk with God).
God made us in His image and according to His likeness (Genesis 1:26) and therefore, multiplication and increase being the attribute of God is inherent in us. When Jesus was given 5loaves of bread and 2 fishes, He multiplied it (increased the number of the fishes and bread).
Pray to God and work towards multiplying the gifts God has deposited in you. In your profession, multiply your talent by impacting into people (Human capacity development). God commanded that we should be fruitful and multiply therefore, we are obligated to fulfil the desire of God for your life.
Being conscious of this commandment of God to multiply, our early fathers blessed their sons with the power of fruitfulness and multiplication (Genesis 35:11; Genesis 28:3). As a parent, bless your children daily to be fruitful and multiplyin their various endeavours. Bless yourself daily as well to manifest this God given mandate. God will only multiply your endeavour (whatever your hands find to do).
Do not pray only with working for your fruitfulness. Christ could only multiply what he was offered. There is no increase in emptiness. God is demanding that we follow His commandment of increase because fruitfulness and multiplication is your nature.
