DON’T STOP OTHERS

“It is good neither to eat flesh, nor drink wine, nor anything, whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak”.
1 Corinthians 10:32 “Do not let yourself be hindrance by giving an offense to the Jews or to the Greeks or to the Church of God, do not lead others into sin by your mode of life”
It is not a surprise that the life of some Christians have become one of the major reasons people lose interest in Jesus Christ. This is because of the way some proclaimed Christians live their lives. It’s obvious that people are watching us because your testimony is a valuable tool for the Lord, we should refrain from certain lifestyles and activities of the world.
Some common things you enjoy may pose as stumbling block to someone else. Note that non believers and some weak Christians believe that Christians have a set of standard that are supposed to be higher than the rest of the world, why? We represent Christ. We should be careful not to be conformed to the world (Romans 12:2).
Our lives as Christians are a continual witness to the world. They are watching our actions and listening to our words to see if we are living up to what we teach and what God says we should be doing. Sadly, we are failing on nearly every front.
Beloved, are you a stumbling block or a stepping stone on the people who look up to you?
