THE WISE KEEPS WINNING

Main Text: 2 Chronicles 26:5 – And he sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God: and as long as he sought the Lord, God made him to prosper.

Joshua 1:7 – Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper withersoever thou goest.

Winning in life depends largely on what you know and your ability to apply it suitably to conditions. Everyone is fighting a battle of some sort, but not all of us are winning. Those who win understand and know what they must do to win, and then they do it. Irrespective of your battleground, you must possess faith. The kind of faith that doesn’t easily quit. Positive attitude in the face of challenges puts you ahead of your troubles.

Involve God not only in your business but in your whole life. It is easy to win once , but to keep winning require a lot more . You must seek God in prayer, actions and attitude. As you seek Him, he directs you in the way you should go. Everyone has their battleground and while nobody pins a medal on anyone for winning, nothing can diminish the satisfaction of knowing that we didn’t quit. Have faith in God.

Don’t wear yourself out trying to do what God alone can do. God holds us up and not the other way around. You can’t be an overcoming Christian on your own strength because your strength will fail you. Keep your eyes on the Lord. Be courageous and willing to live by his word and you will win over all the circumstances.

TO KEEP WINNING, YOU MUST ACQUIRE WISDOM.

Prayer: Oh Lord, give me the wisdom to be an overcomer.
