DESIRE SPIRITUAL GIFT
Main text: Joel 2:28 – And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
Luke 11:9 – “And I say unto you, ask and it shall be given you, seek and ye shall find, knock, and it shall be opened unto you.”
Brethren, the topic above stresses on spiritual gift and not on physical gift. Spiritual gift is eternal and comes from God. In Acts; 2:17-18 God promised to pour out his spirit upon mankind so that our sons and daughters who desire it shall prophesy. Others are the spirit of faith, healing, miracles – I Cor; 12:9-10 among so many.
Desire spiritual gifts because they empowers for effective service and commands relevance in God’s kingdom.
It is God’s plan for every of His son and daughter to manifest various spiritual gifts because they are signs that we have the same DNA with God.
The power gifts, inspirational and vocal gifts are readily available for those who desire them because God’s work is made easier when we manifest these gifts in our service and worship.
I received the spiritual gifts as a born again Christian when I humbled myself in the service, I was cleaning up the church toilet during church service hours and the anointing of God was upon me and from that day, I began to see the full manifestation of these spiritual gifts in my life.
SPIRITUAL GIFTS ARE FOR THE BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN READY TO SERVE GOD AND HIS PEOPLE SACRIFICIALLY
