ABUNDANCE IS POSSIBLE
MAIN TEXT: 1KINGS 17:13, 16
And Elijah said unto her, fear not; go and do as you have said: but make me thereof a little cake first and bring it unto me… and the barrel of meal wasted not neither did the cruse of oil fail according to the word of the LORD which He spoke by Elijah. (AKJV)
LUKE 6:38 – Give, it shall be given unto you good measure, pressed down (AKJV), and shaken together, and running over, shall men give unto you. For with the same measure you mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
Abundance can be said to be, having a large amount of something (wealth) often times more than needed. I want to let you know that this state is very possible in your life. It does not matter how little you may have now or the magnitude of the challenges you ought to solve with little or no money. What is important is realizing what you have in your hand or on you and committing it into God’s hand.
Make sure that you get God involved in whatever you have; the little money, vision, provision etc. Jesus fed five thousand people with just two fishes and five loaves of bread because He got God involved by presenting what He had to the Father, the God of multiplication while His disciples rationalized using their human sense to calculate the possibility of being able to feed the multitude and saw impossibility.
Abundance is possible in your life if you believe, trust and obey the Word of God concerning your breakthrough, wealth, and riches. God ay speak to you concerning your breakthrough directly or through a prophet. In 2 Chronicles 20:20, Jehoshaphat advised that you should believe in the Lord and His prophet and in doing so you will be established and prosper.
In 1Kings 4:1-7, the widow believed in the words of Prophet Elisha and obeyed his instructions and she witnessed abundance in her family and she saved her sons from being enslaved to her husband’s creditors and still had more than enough for her family. God in Genesis 12:2-3 and 17:2-8, promised to make Abraham great and exceeding number of children that cannot be numbered.
Abraham believed God and God counted it for him as righteousness. He believed God even when it was not forth coming but after twenty five years of believing, trusting, obeying and following God, God made that promise of abundance to be possible and today Abraham’s children cannot be numbered.INVOLVE GOD, BELIEVE GOD’S WORD, GIVE TO GOD AND HUMANITY AND DWELL IN ABUNDANCE
PRAYER: Oh Lord help me to observe the principles of abundance so that you will make it possible in my life. Amen!
