LIVE TO GIVE 2
MAIN TEXT: 2 CORINTHIANS 9:6 But this I say, He that soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he that soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
2 CORINTHIANS 9:9 – as it is written, He hath scattered abroad, he hath given to the poor; His righteousness abideth for ever.
Having known that you possess the giving attribute of God, He expects you to live-out this character wherever you find yourself. If He has given you wealth, He expects you to use it to help the poor and needy around you, if He has given you power, authority or influence, use it to protect the weak and rule well. If God has given you wisdom and knowledge, use it to help those who do not have for a good counsel can bring someone out of danger or launch them into greatness.
Do not say that you do not have what you can give to someone. God has given you something or things that you can use to give hope to someone’s life. Learn to give always no matter how big or little and remember to give cheerfully or happily and God who rewards will surely reward you. Do not listen to discouragements that may come from people or even the person you are giving to because the devil may use them to discourage you from giving.
Remember that our Lord Jesus said “whatsoever you do to the least of my brothers that you do unto me” (Matthew 25:40), meaning that you are not giving to that person but to God. Therefore, live your life to give as many as are in need and may God reward you bountifully as you do so. Amen!
KEEP GIVING AND REMAIN ON TOP ALWAYS
