DILIGENT HANDS
Main Text: Proverbs 6:6 – Take a lesson from the ants, you lazybones. Learn from their ways and become wise!
Proverbs 6:8 – they labor hard all summer, gathering food for the winter.
The doctrine of careful planning and diligence maybe hard to chew especially in today’s world where the love of pleasure reigns supreme even among christians. Diligence does not kill but indolence. Let’s quickly remember that an idle mind is the devil’s workshop and idle hands tool.
Prudence involves planning ahead and execute. This is one major area that gives glory. Unfortunately it’s very easy to engage in the things that God hates – Proverbs 6:16-19. Jesus Christ modeled diligence for us and He encourages to do so. Jesus Christ was skilled in carpentry and never cheated, No disappoints of whatever.
The scripture says that Jesus Christ found favor with God and men. He needed to increase wisdom and skills to tap from the favor that is already prepared for him. Our attitude can bring customers or it can destroy the beautiful destiny of your life.
EVEN GOD COMMITTED THE GARDEN OF EDEN TO WORK
