ENLARGE MY STEPS
MAIN TEXT: PSALM 18:36—Thou hast enlarged my steps under me that my feet did not slip.
1 Chronicles 4:10 – “Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep [me] from evil, that I may not cause pain!”
Let us start with this prayer, “Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness: thou hast enlarged me when I was distressed; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer.” (Psalm 4:1). The manner that things are going, we need God to enlarge our steps. Enlarging our steps means that God will multiply our harvest from the seeds we sow. It also means that God will cause our little efforts to yield great positive results.
Our steps are the faith actions we take to challenge God to intervene. Queen Esther went to meet the King, Ahasuerus at the time they termed “abominable”, she did a similar thing that Queen Vashti did, but because God enlarged her steps, she found great favor and honor. I pray that your case will be different, and you will be favored.
The four lepers barely had feet but God turned them to great steps, and they became the saviors of the nation, I may not know how weak you have become, but I am sent to tell you that your faith works will be turned to exploits. Beloved of God, you will not burn out in the harshness of the economy and the cruelty of this world, rather you will experience divine surprises by God’s hand.

PRAYER: Awesome God, enlarge my steps. Do a new thing of overflowing joy in my life and cause my pains to end in Jesus’ name, Amen.
