CONTACT BURNING FIRE ANOINTING
MAIN TEXT: EXODUS 3:3
―And Moses, I will turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt‖.
Luke 4:18 – The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor, He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed.
Brethren, whoever God calls, He equips. From the above text, the sight of the burning fire was strange to Moses but therein, he contacted the burning fire anointing. Thereafter, it became clearer to Moses that he had a duty to guide the Israelites to the Promised Land of Canaan. Child of God, the purpose of anointing is for greater works in God‘s house. In Acts 2:17 we see that God promised to pour out his Spirit, and Holy Ghost fire, upon mankind in the last days as was also prophesied by Prophet Joel.
When Jesus contacted that burning fire anointing, He went out preaching the gospel, binding up the broken hearted and doing signs and wonders.
Brethren, today is first proclaimed period and the Holy Spirit is here to possess whosoever that submits self.
The apostles of Jesus contacted the burning fire anointing on the Pentecost day- Acts 2:2-4. That same day, Peter spoke to the multitude about the deaths and resurrection of Jesus Christ and called for repentance. The bible said that about three thousand souls were saved that day and they joined the Church.
PRESENT YOURSELF AS A VESSEL OF HONOUR SO THAT THE HOLY GHOST WILL POSSESS YOU.
Prayer: Holy Spirit burn out every fire extinguishers in me and let the refining fire pour on me
