KNOWING GOD PERSONALLY.
MAIN TEXT: GALATIANS 4:9 (KJV)
“But now, after that I have known God, or rather are known of God, “how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly’ elements where unto ye desire again to be in bondage?
Deuteronomy 4:29 – But if thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find Him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.
Knowledge of God personally cannot be over emphasized in developing a personal relationship with God, is very expedient. Naturally, when you are close to somebody there is a bond that flows between the parties involved, they share their aspirations, fears, joy, challenges, generally. Same when we draw close to God.
Moses was privileged to know the ways of God to the point of seeing the back of God, because nobody can see the face of God and live.
Spending time to pray, fellowship, study the word of God, and living out the life of a Christ-like person reflects that we know God personally.
Again our lives are transformed when we spend time in the presence of God, His Glory rubs off on us.
