THE ULTIMATE SALVATION
MAIN TEXT: 1 PETER 1:5 – Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
HEBREWS 12:1 – Wherefore seeing we are compassed about with so great cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.
As children of God, we have been set apart as God’s special people by the Holy Spirit. We are saved by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and yet there is the ultimate salvation experience that shall be revealed to us at the fullness of time when Jesus Christ shall return again. It is a glorious experience and life without Satan, demons, suffering, death, sin and lack.
The born again Christians shall manifest a full life of glory, power and dominion to the praise of God. To enjoy this ultimate salvation, we must embark on the race of faith with patience bearing in mind that there are other Christians who have made it and we can make it if we are steadfast to Christ in our faith.
The knowledge of the ultimate salvation should give us joy and hope to live a holy life here on earth waiting to have this glorious life in eternity. Why lose your soul and salvation because of the momentary earthly pleasures? It is not our power but the power of God is keeping as many as are serious to make it. Alleluia
DO NOT LIVE YOUR LIFE WITHOUT A STRONG FOCUS ON THE ULTIMATE SALVATION
PRAYER: Oh God, help me to work out my salvation in fear and trembling till the coming of Jesus Christ. Amen.
