1 PETER 2:9 – But ye are a elect race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for Gods own possession, that ye may show forth the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.
Wow! What a special creature God has made you; the best of your kind made in God’s image and after His likeness. He also blessed you and said you are good in His eyes… Genesis 1:27b-28, 31. Therefore, you are a precious living being in the sight of your creator. Do you know who God said you are? And what He is saying about that your situation? Isaiah 43:1-4.
When you understand your place in creation, you will begin to appreciate who you are. The fact that men have written you off due to the ugly situation confronting you doesn’t change God plan for you or define your future. Whose report should you believe? Beloved, it is only the Lord’s report that is forever settled and He created you for the best. And this is achievable in Christ Jesus, when you reject your sin, confess and accept Him as your Lord and personal Saviour.
Men, who fulfil the purpose of God for their life, are men who see and act out what God said they are. Also, their background can’t limit them from breaking through in life as they are optimistic.Finally, a living dog is better than a dead lion for there’s hope for the living. So never you compare yourself with any for God has not finished with you. He will surely perfect that which concerns you as His Beloved.
