THOUGHTFUL SPENDING

THOUGHTFUL SPENDING

Main Text- Luke 14:28-29- Suppose one of you wants to build a tower, won’t he first sit down and estimate the cost to see if he has enough money to complete it? For if you at the foundation and are not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule you.

Luke 14:30-Saying, this person began to build and wasn’t able to finish.

Thoughtful spending means wise spending of your money. It is investing in the future and in investments that should outlive you. Anyone who eats up his corn without leaving some for planting is not worthy to live in tomorrow. Foolishness begins with a man who does not think rightly before spending because he may end in penury or debts.

Jesus Christ’s spirituality empowered him with wisdom on thoughtful spending. Counting the cost is the message in the main text in today’s study. Consider the loss and gain and every other factor that can affect your dreams and achievement. Emotions may cause us to spend our money or time unwisely but it is required that we reason before we spend our resources. It guards us for today and tomorrow.

There is the power of seed multiplication so learn to multiply the seed of your money, time, talent, gifts and the seed of life. God desires to see us increase.

GOD INCREASES AND ENRICHES THE GOOD RESOURCE MANAGER

Prayer- I pray for wisdom to spend wisely and increase every of my resource in Jesus name. Amen.
