YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN
Main Text- 1Peter 1:3- Praise be to the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ. In his great mercy He has given us new birth unto a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
Romans 10:9- If you declare with your mouth; Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
The term born again was first introduced to Nicodemus in John 3. As literate as Nicodemus was, he could not understand spiritual things. He thought it was a physical birth instead of a spiritual birth. The fall of Adam and Eve inputted the presence of sin upon all mankind; for all have Sinned-Romans 3:23. Just as aging affects the body, sin damages and infects the soul.
There is a living hope for all mankind through the resurrection of Jesus Christ for all those who believe on Jesus and who turn away from their wicked life styles. Confess the Lord Jesus and believe that He was raised from the dead. Then when a person is born again through faith in Christ Jesus, their spirit is regenerated and God gives them newness of life-Romans 6:4.
Jesus Christ made it compulsory if we need to be saved from the power of sin and the devil, we must be born again. Sin is a great deadly killer virus that can only be handled by being born again.
A SINFUL ACT CAN DESTROY A DESTINY, TODAY IS THE OPPORTUITY TO BE BORN AGAIN
Prayer- Lord Jesus I surrender my life and my all to you, forgive me of my sins, come into my heart as Lord and savior and give me the grace to live for you. Amen
