MY HORN IS EXALTED
MAIN TEXT: PSALM 89:24 – My faithfulness and steadfast love will be with him, and in my name will his horn be exalted.
Psalm 112:9 – He has distributed freely, he has given to the poor, his righteousness endures forever, his horn is exalted.
Today’s topic is an affirmative statement which depicts dignity and honor in the Lord. To exalt means to glorify, and the horn is the symbol of power. The horn of a unicorn is known for its remarkable strength. It symbolizes unconquerable power. Strength is given to the righteous for the accomplishment of God’s agenda against the kingdom of darkness. Psalm 92:10 says, “you have exalted my horn like that of a wild ox; fine oils have been poured on me”.
God has vowed that our exaltation is sure because His name is involved. We are assured of God’s faithfulness and love in our daily activities. There is no need to panic even when we are faced with powers of darkness because God has wrapped us in His loving arms. Stand firm with the Lord God because victory is on the Lord’s side.
1 Samuel 2:1 “And Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoiceth in the Lord, mine horn is exalted in the Lord; my mouth is enlarged over mine enemies because I rejoice in thy salvation.” There is a great miracle that is coming your way now and this will announce your testimony to your environment and beyond just like Hannah received. When a man’s horn is exalted, he is full of God’s glory and great honor.
MAKE GOOD USE OF YOUR EXALTED HORN
PRAYER: My horn is exalted, and I receive the oil of excellence today in Jesus’ name, Amen.
