Live a Balance Life
Main Text: Proverbs 28:2 “Because of transgression of the land, many are it’s princes; But by a man of understanding and knowledge, right will be prolong”.
1 Corinthians 14:33 – For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
It is hard to find a balance in our lives. Isn’t it? Coping with the complex and diverse challenge of everyday life, which is not an easy task, can upset the balance and harmony we seek. Spending time at work versus spending time at home, how do you balance that? Most of the time we are probably tipped too far one way or the other; either we work too much, or not enough. It is easy to develop bad habits and live an unbalanced life.
What about in your spiritual life? Do you have a balance relationship with your God? Though it is hard to maintain our spiritual equilibrium in the moral and ethical chaos of the world we live in. Yet Jesus called us to balance in relationship to the world (See John 17:15-16).
Christians have struggled with this balance since the time of Jesus and the apostles. Nevertheless, our Lord Jesus balanced it all. He found time to get it all done (See John 17:4) with the same 24 hours we have.
Beloved, there is no excuse to shun from living the right life God expects from you, both to yourself, to your family and others, more especially to God. You can live a balanced life with the help of the Holy Spirit.(Philippians 4:13)
THERE IS GREAT FULFILMENT OF LIFE WHEN YOU BALANCE YOUR LIFE.
